Early years guidance in your home from our Norland-qualified founder

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Parenting is a lot, and with a world of advice out there, it’s hard to know where to start. We’re here to make it simpler. Whether it’s sleepless nights, tricky behaviour, mealtimes, potty training or a new baby on the way, we help you find what works for your family and make it stick. Working alongside you and your nanny, we give everyone caring for your child the tools to make those early years a little easier.

What we do

We work with parents and nannies to create tools and strategies designed around your family, helping you meet life’s challenges and nurture your child’s development at home. Here are a few areas we can help with.

Bedtime and sleep support

How we do it

Together, we’ll work through the challenges and lay the foundations for your child to thrive, with routines and habits that make everyday family life feel calmer.

Every family starts with an Isle Assessment. We take time to understand your family, your routines and what matters most to you. We spend time in your home during the moments that matter, observing how your child plays, eats and settles, and talking with you and your nanny about what’s working and what feels hard, so every recommendation is tailored to your family.

We get to know you

Listen

We build alongside you

Side by side with you and your nanny, we create routines and habits that fit your family and support your child’s development. We take the stress out of the morning rush by introducing a simple, predictable start to the day, giving your child small jobs they can manage themselves and helping your nanny guide it calmly, so mornings begin with connection rather than chaos.

Our support evolves with your family, from new stages to new challenges. Whether it’s dropping a nap, starting preschool or welcoming a new sibling, we’re here to adjust, guide and step back in, so you and your nanny never navigate the changes alone and always feel prepared and confident for whatever comes next.

Testimonials

We may be a new company, but our Norland-trained founder has been supporting families for over ten years

“Sofia was very observant of the children’s behaviour and developmental milestones and communicated this to us in a very knowledgeable manner. She planned activities for both our girls which supported and promoted their development”

— Parent, Guernsey CI

“

“Sofia performed this role with extraordinary skill and reliability; she was essential to the functioning of our family and to the welfare, happiness, and education of our son… I trusted her implicitly with my most important responsibility and we, as a family, truly enjoyed her company.”
— Parent, New York City

“

“She has a particular gift for making reluctant eaters more enthusiastic and involved” but “perhaps most importantly, Sofia truly understands how to work in partnership with parents. She observes, listens, and shares her perspective in a constructive, respectful way.”
